How are the caramels packaged? 
Our creamy, buttery caramels are individually wrapped and tastefully packaged by the dozen in clear plastic boxes and secured with burgundy and kraft colored raffia.

What is the shelf life of the caramels? 
That depends on how fast your devour them!  If kept in their original packaging and refrigerated, you can expect the caramels to remain fresh for at least three months.  If kept at room temperature, you should enjoy the caramels within a few weeks.  After that time, the sugars in the caramels may begin to crystalize and become grainy. 

When can I expect to receive my order?
Depending on the size of your order and the season, most items are shipped within five business days.  So that you can expect only the freshest confections, we make all of our caramels in small batches and do not fill orders from an “inventory.”  Please allow extra time so that we can accommodate all of your bulk, custom, and large order needs. 

How are the caramels shipped?
Unless specifically requested the caramels will be shipped by the United States Postal Service either by Parcel Post or Priority Mail.  Packages shipped by Parcel Post will arrive within 3 to 5 business days and Priority Mail is guaranteed to arrive in 2 days.  Please contact us for your special shipping needs.

Can I make arrangements to pick up my order and avoid the shipping and handling charges?

Do you accept payment by check?
Yes.  Please note that delivery of the caramels will occur after payment has been made and the check has cleared our banking institution.  For fastest service, payment by PayPal or debit/credit card is recommended.
